Back to square one...again

Changing things around in my life again. After two years at Orangetheory, I have been seeing zero results on the scale. I'm a bit stronger...I can do a hundred squats at a time, I can row 2000 meters in under ten minutes, and I can carry all the grocery bags into the house in one trip. However, the scale hasn't budged. My clothes don't fit any better. And it's gotten nearly impossible to make it to the classes on time. I started a new job in August, with much longer hours and a ton more stress.
A Planet Fitness just opened up near my house, so I checked it out. It's ten bucks a month, which is more attractive than 160 a month for Orangetheory. I can go whenever I want. There aren't any classes really, nor is there a coach providing tips and encouragement. But there also isn't horrible house music or being surrounded by size 2 soccer moms that can run 10 miles an hour. So I joined, and I'm going to cancel my OTF membership. I had the Planet Fitness coach show me how to use all the machines...maybe focusing on resistance training will be something that might help.
So here's where I'm at right now:
I'm hypothyroid and diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Still 166 pounds after two years of high-intensity interval training
Whole-foods vegetarian for a year (didn't lose a single pound from that either)
I take Sam-E, vitamin B-12 & D-Ribose to combat fatigue
I'm still really bad at getting 8 glasses of water in a day
Chronic insomniac and chronic depression
Plenty of middle-age issues
Pretty much fed up with being fat and tired
