It's actually working this time.

This time, I'm sticking with it. I know, everyone says that every time. So I waited till I had done so, to make this post. I suffered a bout of shingles in May, and the pain made me pretty much stop all exercise - I didn't even bend over to feed my cats, I'd fix their dish and hand it to my husband to place it on the floor for me. I gained weight, and had to start from scratch on fitness again. Once I was back to my "normal" level of activity, I was 8 lbs more than before the shingles. And my pre-shingles weight was more than I wanted to be anyway. So at the beginning of August, I logged back in here and reset my measurements, my goals, all that good stuff.
14 weeks later and I'm 14 lbs lighter. I got this. Along the way, I saw some posts from a friend who does crossfit, and set myself some strength goals. So, I'm just starting out, and I really wish there was a more detailed strength measurements area, where I could record how much weight/resistance I can do for various movements, because I love looking at the downward slope of the measurements reports for my waist, hips, and bust; I think it would be great to see an upward line on how much I can deadlift, etc.
So for now, I'll just put this here:
lat pulldown: 50 lb bands
farmer's carry: 33.8 lbs each side
deadlift: 30 lbs + bar (haven't weighed the bar yet)
Maybe I'll make a chart on a spreadsheet or something.
