Do you have a plan for your weight lose Goals. How many times per week do you write out

the amount of weight you want to lose. Do you plan out what

you are going to eat. How many times per week do you prep your food.

How many times per week do you plan your workout and follow through and record it.

If you write out your goals and follow your plan you will reach your goal. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I plan my meals ahead daily. I only enter my goals in spark people though.

    I agree with you 100% you plan out your meals write it down daily and you do lose the weight you want. But remember we go through ups and downs but we have to push forward stay strong and Lady
