Do you have a plan for your weight lose Goals. How many times per week do you write out
the amount of weight you want to lose. Do you plan out what
you are going to eat. How many times per week do you prep your food.
How many times per week do you plan your workout and follow through and record it.
If you write out your goals and follow your plan you will reach your goal.
