I have struggled with my weight for years, with many ups and downs. About 3 weeks ago I decided that it was time to fully commit to losing my excess weight and getting healthier for the long term. I had been avoiding my first weigh in as I tend to get discouraged easily, but I finally did it today and I am down 10 pounds!
I still have a long way to go, but I am happy to have taken the first step towards success!
