Change Habits

In some things, I realize that change is not a matter of scary or difficult but rather, a matter of habit. At least for me. So I made a list of some habits I need to develop or redevelop. Drinking water; tracking food; getting to sleep before 10p - to name a few. Habit forming is challenging only in the diligence it requires in the beginning. But I think I can aid myself by employing the alarms on my phone, to remind myself of things that need doing.
