My Winter 5% Challenge Goals

Yes, it’s wonderfu to travel to new places, experience new cultures, but it’s havoc on your eating and exercise plans. I will use the Winter 5% Challenge to whip myself back into shape.

My Winter 5% Nutrition Commitment:

I will follow the nutritarian eating plan, staying between 1200-1500 calories daily. This plan emphasizes, fruits and vegetables, whole foods over processed foods, limiting carbs and sugar,

I will not eat for at least 12 hours after I've eaten dinner.

I will eat only when hungry.

My Winter 5% Exercise Commitment:

I will get 10,000 steps daily minimum, or 3 miles.

I will go to the gym Tuesday’s and Thursdays.

I will try to maintain this commitment even while on trips.
