I’m back

Sunday, December 16, 2018

It’s been quite a while since I’ve been on SparkPeople. A lot has happened. I was diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease in 2013. It’s been quite the process. I started my gluten free journey in 2015. My body cannot tolerate it anymore. Before going gluten free I lost 100lbs in a few months. I couldn’t keep anything down. I’ve put a little bit of weight back on. Nothing crazy but I’d like to lose a few and strengthen my abdomen. Which my physical therapist has helped me work on. I get the email every week from Chris “SparkGuy”. He’s been very inspirational. He’s gone through so much. I look forward to logging my meals and exercise from here on out for a healthier me. Wishing you well! ❤️

Thank you friends! A good start for me is to start logging my meals and doing my PT. It’s great how I’ve found so may different “families”. My family, church family, work family, SparkPeople family. It’s been wonderful!
