Progress Not Perfection

My Goals for December:

Maintain:

1) Daily food tracking/meal planning on Spark
2) Drinking most of my alcohol at about a 1oz-15oz water ratio
3) Spending morning quiet time with God
4) at least 10 min of aerobic activity and/or 5 min of strength stretching activity daily, preferably in the morning

Add:

1) Complete Crystal Tigers Challenge Requirements Daily/Weekly
2) Add quiet time with God in the evenings 1-2 times/week
3) Consciously choose 2-3 freggies daily by adding them to my plan first and centering the rest of my meals around them
4) Add an extra session of 10 minutes of aerobic activity and/or 5 min of strength stretching activity or increase time to 15-20 total minutes per session 1-2 times/week

I did pretty well so far. I maintained the healthy habits I have started, which also increased my average step count each day from 4K to over 6K.

I did well with #1 and #3 of my new habits but need to work on #2 and #4. So for the rest of December and January:

Small steps forward so I don't go backwards
