Un bon début

Très surprise d'avoir perdu une livre malgré mon manque d'activité. Les effets de mon vaccin et de mes pilules semblent s'atténuer. Je vais pouvoir me faire un plan pour cette semaine.

Exercice:
6000 pas chaque jour sur ma Fitbit.
Alimentation:
Cuisiner une recette végétarienne.
Relaxation:
Méditation: 10 minutes par jour.
Étirement:
15 minutes par jour.
