First day

My first day was hard. I realized that I had forgotten how to say no to food. I was definitely just eating everything in sight. I have to really start making better choices with my food. I want to lose 40 pounds hope I can get there.

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it.     You can do it .slow and easy ..Enjoy life .when i want to get something not good for me i say okay i have to walk or workout for 45 mins .so at times i dont eat it
