It All Began With An Idea...

So, it's that time of the year when we say thinking about New Year's resolutions...Of course I want to do something to improve upon myself, but I don't want something that I will just drop like a rock as soon as I get bored (and that's pretty fast with me). I came up with an idea that I wanted to try 12 different resolutions for each of the months of the year. I choose to have all the goals fitness related somehow. After some thought, some internet research, and some creative inspiration, I settled on 12 that seemed doable for me; wrote each out on a piece of paper and picked one out of a "hat" for each month.
I am actually pretty excited about this idea and I am going to try my hand at blogging (I am a part-time copywriter, among other things, and that has a very different style about it!). I hope that it will not only keep me on track but also encourage others along thier journey.
