It All Began With An Idea...

So, it's that time of the year when we say thinking about New Year's resolutions...Of course I want to do something to improve upon myself, but I don't want something that I will just drop like a rock as soon as I get bored (and that's pretty fast with me). I came up with an idea that I wanted to try 12 different resolutions for each of the months of the year. I choose to have all the goals fitness related somehow. After some thought, some internet research, and some creative inspiration, I settled on 12 that seemed doable for me; wrote each out on a piece of paper and picked one out of a "hat" for each month.
I am actually pretty excited about this idea and I am going to try my hand at blogging (I am a part-time copywriter, among other things, and that has a very different style about it!). I hope that it will not only keep me on track but also encourage others along thier journey.
Stay tuned for the first week of January and my first monthly goal! :)

    What a terrific idea! I don't know why we think all resolutions have to begin on January 1 and when we have somehow failed to meet them by February 1 we should just give up. Having a challenge for each month is brilliant!

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it. And remember you didn't gain the weight overnight and you won't lose it overnight. It takes time, determination, motivation and support. You can get it all right here!
