An extra hour?

Definitely I'd want to use an extra hour to do a different type of exercise. I already walk for 30 minutes twice a day. With an extra hour I'd add strength training and biking.

    Great idea. I tried to get away from walking to strength training and missed my sparkpeople 2 hour goal... so I realized what the gym employee/trainer/salesman might be correct about starting with strength then doing cardio... but do what works...
