Vegan On The Fence

I’m seriously thinking of going vegan. I don’t eat much carbs per day - I never eat bread - if i do it’s Sprouted - I also eat 5 grain organic oatmeal- and quinoa- I would love to give up cheese. I have been struggling with HBP- it’s loaded with sodium & let’s not even mention GMO s .... okay so I occasionally eat fish - it’s not a favorite- neither is Beef, Chicken- or pork.
I’m not a fan of eggs either.
I’ve been doing lots of research . I could do this ..... so any Thoughts ? I’d love positivities... please no negativity 🙏
