Things that made me happy in 2018.

Pocket Technology:
Listened to AC/DC and Jimmy Hendrix on my "phone" while showering this morning. I also use my phone as a navigation device, food service and computer. All the while it sits in my pocket recording my activity.

Big box stores
I caved. It works. Yes, I'm the grandmother with the 24 pack of toilet paper. Pre-made salads.

I've been traveling to "exotic" USA places for 18 years. The vacations are getting longer. Waaay longer. 3 weeks in Hawaii almost made me a Hawaiian. So much so that 4 weeks later I traveled to Florida for a week to regain some palm trees and sunshine!

The internet
I've used it to find vacations and make friends. Some of those friends I have met up with multiple times this past years IRL.

Been retired for 3 years but now finding my groove and loving it.

Heated seats in my car.
Nuff said.

Mine have become great parents to kids or dogs and independent human beings I'm proud of today!

The surprise of a fake mustache!

That man

emoticon what a wonderful list!! Just put a happy list on my list for today too - thanks for the nudge.

P.S. In my book, right up there with heated seats is my heating steering wheel!! (Where were these inventions all those years I left the barn "frozen stiff" emoticon )
