Review and redo for success!

So, I have been keeping my step goal but my lower back and legs are in constant pain. Turns out I have spinal stenosis so walking is not an ideal exercise for me.. so I am researching exercises and stretches to help the pain. I am upset but realized I will revisit all my goals to make it work for 2019. Loosing weight has now become more crucial.... thanks for listeningšŸ˜Š
