Starting Over Day 1

Starting over yet again, I hope to keep my New Years resolution this year. To lose and keep it off . Trying to do this right. I am meal prepping and planning. I finally have realized that a diet is what you eat every day. It is not something you do once in a while when you pack on a few. I have started exercising I now have a gym membership. We will see how much I use it this year. I have set aside a shelf in my frig. just for me, with meals for the week. I am eating 6 meals a day. 3 meals, 3 snacks. Dr. said 1500 calories, (?) no understanding on how to lose weight with 1500 calories a day. A1C 10 Started with the egg diet doing good with it so far, lost some on it. I had sugar this morning in the coffee bummer but oh well I didn't think the caffeine would be enough. Clothes are comfortable for now not to tight. I really enjoy the fact that I can make healthier choices. Raw Celery you are now my best friend, today I choose to love you.
