Healthy,Happy,Me

So I have dealt with so much stress and heartache my entire life,from growing up in an alcohol consumption abusive household to losing my little brother to suicide then losing my mom to cancer and having three kids of my own I have gained a lot of weight. I went from 98 lbs at 17 to 155 lbs now at 34 years old. A huge jump my goal is to get to 125lbs. I am 5"7' and I really have no energy to lose weight or to eat right or exercise. I need help!

    Take it one day at a time. You only have to start. Do an activity for 5 minutes. If you still don't want to do it, you can stop. But keep trying. I found that if I just get started, I want to keep going. Good luck!
