Where Does My Joy Come From... 01/02/19

Where does my joy come from today.....

.... the Pink Flamingo Team posted a Tic Tac Toe workout challenge for this week, and I love the games they play, so I dug up an old white board and wrote up the plan to earn points. Here it is.....

They make working out and living healthy into a game, and since I love variety and I like to compete against myself, I am actually doing a pretty good job.

.... I got to video chat with my daughter Julia in Germany while she organized her bedroom. We laughed a lot and made plans for learning languages on Duolingo App, which we already started some years ago. I will continue with Spanish and she wants to learn Swedish. Even my husband participated while I practiced. Let's see how far we get in 2019.
