I will lose 24 pounds by April 1st. I will be 278 pounds.
I will be 290 pounds by February 19th.
I will go to the Chavez Center for 30 minutes on the day that I work. I will do Yoga for 30 minutes on two days of my days off.
I will stick to my calorie range and track my meals for at least 5 days out of the week.
I will drink a gallon of water a day for at least 5 days out of the week.
I will read on SP article a day to familiarize myself with a healthier lifestyle.
