Today is day 1. Staying in the recommended calories isn’t going to be easy. I was planning on beef stew tonight. ☹️

    You can still have the stew. If it's homemade you will have complete control over the ingredients. Soaking the potatoes will remove some of the starch.You can add a lot more vegetables.It's really not an unhealthy meal.Track your portion size.

    You can still enjoy your favorite foods as long as you stay within your calorie range on the food tracker.
