Welcome Post

2019 is going to be a year full of changes for me. Small changes is key. I have started with weeding out pop of my diet. I am already down to 0-1 cups of pop a day. Next I’m going to tackle diet and exercise. I’m also going to set a daily goal to allow myself 10 min to relax. It will be a challenge but I am ready! Comment any goals that you have. I would like to make my page a place full of support for everyone.
