Starting fresh with a new Spark. I don't want to look back, just at what's ahead.
My first day back on track will be Saturday, January 5.
I will begin a 10 week weight loss challenge with my friends and it begins on January 16.
I'm ready to get going and am making a plan and setting some small goals. One of my goals is to stay active on Spark because it really helps me stay interested and motivated. I'm going to try my best to utilize all the tools Spark offers and make some supportive buddies in the mean time, hopefully we can help each other stay accountable.
