Hunger is a place no one wants to go and it can destroy your journey. Check what you are eating, I have found lowering my carbs and checking/reducing any sweeteners curbs those hunger pains. Also brushing your teeth, drinking a glass of water and waiting 15 minutes sometimes will distract you. Make sure you are not just bored, I've found that's what triggers me many times. Good luck, and if you drink coffee, add some butter or coconut oil, many times that will get you past a hunger spell. Just keep looking for your answers and what will work for you. And literally, if you are asking what to eat, 583 calories is a pretty good amount for a meal.
