I am at 232 and I am miserable

My weight has been a roller coaster and I have been stress for a long time now! Ready to learn to stop eating to try and make my self feel better!

    Welcome to SparkPeople. We are all here for the same reason, no matter what our personal story is. We are here to help each other to get to that healthy point we want to be in our lives. It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it. And remember you didn't gain the weight overnight and you won't lose it overnight. It takes time, determination, motivation and support. You can get it all right here!     It is so hard, I know. I remember when I weighed 225 and was miserable. I would lose then I would gain. But now at my age and weight 285 I would be jumping for joy. I want to tell you get serious, stay focused. It is much harder when you get older. Think of your mother or grandmother trying to diet, and work out just. So do it now!!! I have many age related body issues, I do what I can. I walk, do strength and flexibility but I will never be where you are today. Don't quit. You are worth every pain.
