It is so hard, I know. I remember when I weighed 225 and was miserable. I would lose then I would gain. But now at my age and weight 285 I would be jumping for joy. I want to tell you get serious, stay focused. It is much harder when you get older. Think of your mother or grandmother trying to diet, and work out just. So do it now!!! I have many age related body issues, I do what I can. I walk, do strength and flexibility but I will never be where you are today. Don't quit. You are worth every pain.
