Tracking, Intermitten fasting and Sleep- the trifectia

Well, I am on my third day of tracking and my exercise starts in earnest tomorrow, during a snow storm. i am guessing that means weight lifting and Pilates. I am tracking my food to stay within the limit of calories and I am also trying the intermittent fasting of eating 8 out of 24 hours, when the sun is up. I am trying this because I just read an article in National Geo that said thet when we eat is important for our hormones, sleep and gut rest. So far it seems so much easier than the normal restricted diet. I have also noticed that I am sleeping much better.
I am excited to meet some in the community that I can give and get support from. My goal is to lose 80 lbs.
Here's to a new year of showing u for myself and doing something new to experience a different life.
