1 - updated my Y membership as the first step to getting back to it
2 - made it through the grocery store without buying any snacks
3 - since I started here on Dec 31, this is the first time that I have remained under my max calorie count by the time I finished dinner (maybe I can stay under it for the rest of the day and make this my first day to actually END under the max calorie target!)

    I started online shopping for groceries. I go through, make my healthy selections, pay for it and a day or two later my husband picks it up. I don't have to walk past any bad foods or any temptations. Try it you'll like it!
