I lost 22# 2 years ago & now 16 of it is back. I beat myself up over it because I have no excuses. I have finally figured out that I am better off then before because I know I can lose it. I already did it once! So here we go again. Slow but sure!

    Just make a mini goal for the week ahead of you.. I am back again too, and have just completed my first week. Will be sitting down later to make my goals for the week. As you said, Slow and Steady. Just one step and one day at a time. You got this!

    Maintenance is hard, but you can do it. Focus on the loss while making the lifestyle changes to make it permanent. You CAN do it.
