I got over my "holiday".
I ate better this year around the holidays than I have in the past so my weight gain was negligible. I've already shown a potential drop of a few pounds!
I still have to get over that reactionary hunting-eating. To thwart my picking I've gotten some snack cups with cheese cubes, nuts and dried fruit. I'm trying to space it out with one (very tiny but flavorful) bite eaten, one sip taken of whatever beverage I have. The packages are also not conducive to sneaking as I can't "palm" them or put them in a pocket, thus increasing my accountability!!!!!!
I still am lazy and am not getting good exercises daily. I have to schedule some new commitment to ramp things up since I dropped my pool class. I'm really a loner or partner worker, not a full blown class taker.
Have a great start to the second week of the new year! Time flies!
