3.8 pounds down, working out and eating right is the short story. Yesterday I added more good fats in my diet.
Food log for yesterday:
Breakfast - 2 eggs cooked in a little butter and evoo. 1/2 recipe oatmeal pancakes (1/4 cup oats, 1/6 cup 1%cottage cheese, 1/3 banana, 1/2 egg, 1/2 t. B powder, 1/4 t cinn., 1/2 t. Vanilla) pan fried in a sm ant coconut oil.
Lunch grilled chicken spinach salad with 3 T yogurt based ranch, and 1 hard boiled egg
Dinner ( 2 corn grilled corn tortillas, 3-4 oz chicken, 50 cal of guac, red hot and a lil Bolthouse farms ranch) they were so good!!
1 piece mint chocolate & about 1 T semisweet choc chips (those weren’t in the plan, but at least I held it to this amount!)
I worked out a full body cardio, was up from 5am-11pm babysitting so I was busy and moving most of the day.
3 cups coffee with just coconut milk and water.
The day was about 1400 calories. My days recently have been 1100-1300 so it’s all adding up to help with my calorie deficit.
My foods had more fat about 37% Fat. 34% protein & 30% carbs.
I decided to blog this food day because I thought I was going to see a gain today and instead I saw a couple pound loss. I know it’s also all the days prior too. I’ve normally been shooting for 35/35/30 with my P C F. I’m now 63% to my Jan goal of losing 4% of my total body weight. Now to make a little more progress this weekend, because it’s Friday! Yay!
