Shaking up my routine

Last night I was uncomfortable from activities helping DH clean/sort the garage. Reaching and bending, all done in good form but still more that I should. I kept having hamstring cramps, stayed up a good bit and fell back to sleep in the spare bedroom around 5 am.
My Prince Charming woke me with a kiss saying, "I'm off to the gym". It was 9:30!
Wait, I'm supposed to go too! But time alone is rare so I pulled out my weights, colored bands and stood in front of the mirrored closet door and did my weight training and balance workout. I managed to work up a sweat but I missed the gym. I AM turning into a gym rat.
Even managed to do my shoulder workout. Hooray!
