It seems kinda silly to be writing about day two. People are writing long thought out out blogs and I am writing about my second day. I think it will help me to Blog often. I am hoping getting into the habit of coming to sparkpeople each day will inspire me and keep me engaged.
I started over at least 30 times last year and actually gained year over year. here is to new habits taking over my life and shrinking waistlines.
I started the day with a 7 mile bike ride and a Turkey and cheese sandwich. Not the best food but its in my tracker so that's a success.
