Hating myself!

Im not sure why I can't get it together and just stop the binge eating. It's not even food. Nothing but pure junk. I was able to quit smoking other things like smoking and worst with no problem. I even quit drinking soda. But I can't stop with the crap. If it was an option id go get my mouth wired closed. Sorry for the vent

    I found that meal planning helped me a lot. I spend Sunday prepping meals for the week ahead. Saves times and makes me keep to my program. Takes time on Sunday, but helps so much during the week.

    It appears you are new so I am going to take a big leap and assume you quit smoking and drinking soda all at the same time and now your body is revolting. Changes have to come in small increments over time... if you try to do too much all at once, you will fail. Choose one goal and when achieved and maintained for a stable amount of time (say a month), then choose another... this is progress not perfection. Stop the self recrimination.

    Just make it a day by day challenge and eat less one day at a time.
