I will say I have been on different plans before and exercise routines before and maintained a "decent" shape, but after injuring my knee in 2016, exercise had ceased and I got the mullygrubs and food became my pity friend. Now here I am at a start point of 245 and in less than 2 weeks time thanks to my wife putting us on Atkins induction plan I have lost 10 pounds. My exercise has been my physical therapy and walking on my treadmill thus far(Had surgery on Dec 20.) I am slowly getting into this. Hangry a bit but dealing. Praying all is well with y'all.
