Last night i pushed the weights pretty hard and rode 7 miles on my bike. I decided last night to make today a rest day. I may take a walk but wont ride my bike or weight lift. Tomorrow I am going kayaking which I love. FYI kayaking is a gREAT ACTIVITY FOR HEAVY PEOPLE. I am not even going to fix the accidental caps lock its fat people friendly just need a kayak with a large opening or use a sit on top . I have both. I am feeling pretty good today. I am actually looking forward to my Sunday weigh in. I set my weigh in on Sunday to try to pressure myself to be cautious on the weekends.
