Wow...here I am - roughly 111 lbs. over weight. I need to get serious. I have failed so many times before I'm not sure how serious I am.
I am having multiple health symptoms with no diagnosis yet. But I do know I have high blood pressure and hypothyroidism. Guess my stressful life has caught up with me.
For now, I am going to set small goals so I can gradually change my lifestyle. For now a plan to
1. exercise 3 1/2 hrs per week...about 30 min per day.
2. Quick using salt shaker at meals
3. Take CBD oil, turmeric, Co-Q 10, and Aswaganda, as recommended by my doctor.
4. Log my food.
