If the plan doesn't work, change the plan—but never the goal.- love this mantra. The goal for me is good health. But the "plan" has changed over the years as I have lost weight, learned new things and created new habits.

The healthy definition has changed. What I am doing currently probably would have not worked when I was at my heaviest. It was a chore to just do every da activities at that time, forget an exercise plan. Eating was the same. To change everything all at once is way to overwhelming. A few changes at a time, with health the goal, has lead to habits that I can build on.

If I can do this, so can anyone!
