Getting Ready for a New Adventure

Day 1

I have been sitting on the couch for the past 3 years I had to have some eye transplants done. I am finished with this now and the doctors have given me the greenlight to start getting my self back in shape. So I have decided that spark people will be my platform for this journey. I will start to chronicle my day to day life events here. This will help me with new habits to strive for and start to loose my old bad ones.

So lets see how it goes from here!!!

Day 2

Ok I have decided Sunday will be my day to eat what I want as a reward for doing good all week. I am also going to do some Mindfulness training to help with retraining of my brain as I am going to start new habits with eating. Today I feel great not over full and drinking a lot of water.

Day 3, 4 and 5

Well its been hard to stick to this new habit of eating the correct amount of calories a day so I have decided to use the spark grocery list and let them guide me instead of trying to wing it on my own. I see my diet is way off when it comes to fiber and carbs so here I am going to start on Sunday this week. I will go shopping with the spark grocery list and use the meal planner and see how that works. I haven't done that bad but I want to do better. I am curious about how this will work and how I can make this work so I will keep everyone posted and figure it out a day at a time with small goals.
