Week 1 closes out with a win.

309.4 a loss of 2.6. The was not great and not horrible. For the up coming week I will improve my eating. A 300 dollar grocery trip did not bring home as much quality food as I would have liked but my fridge is looking pretty healthy compared to last week.

    It's a process. Frozen fruits & vegetables are inexpensive. DONATE foods that are temptations to a healthy eating plan to a food bank or local homeless shelter. Mm
