It Adds Up

In the middle of last week, I had a couple of days when I didn't stick to my plan. I almost called them "bad days," but they really weren't. I didn't shoot a man in Reno just to watch him die, after all (tip of the hat to Johnny Cash). Nope, I just ate wonky,
But salvaging my attitude meant that I didn't give up and I got back to my plan. Healthy choices.
Daily yoga builds my capacity for self-acceptance. That's so important on this journey when perfection is the enemy of the good. It's not necessary to be perfect to build a healthy life and a stronger, leaner body. It just takes making the next healthy choice. Then the next.
Those little steps add up. Make your next choice one that will give you peace. I will, too.
