Have not written in forever so here it goes!!

I've been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I exercise at least five days a week if not more. I've lost 48 pounds so far since I started seeing a nutritionist. I eat what I want just not above 1900 a day. I see major changes in how I look and feel. My personal advice is don't over stress and plan your whole day of food first thing in the morning and exercise accordingly!!! Good luck all!!
