Take Time For Me

Trying to start this year with a better goal. More time for me. After having 2 kids, running a business, taking care of the home I realized I needed more time for me.
Today started with a 7 minute workout. Goal is to be able to do 10min workout 3x a day or a 30min workout at night.
Last Thursday of the month I will be staying a pole fitness class 1x a week that is 90min long.
