Regained 5 Pounds

I know - it's "only" 5 pounds, and I still have a 40 pound weight loss, which is good. My starting weight was around 180, and this morning I weighed in at about 138 (I'm short, 5'3"). In addition to the weight gain, I stopped exercising way back in December, and while it took a while for my sedentary habits plus holiday sweets to catch up to me, it did, with a vengeance! I weigh more, but I also feel like I've lost a lot of strength and muscle tone. I don't look as good as I did, my face is fuller, and my mood is much less positive.
