Another week, another 2 lbs gone!

Last week got a little hairy. We had 3 vendor luncheons at my office...which aren't usually the healthiest lunches. I tracked what I could and only hate half when I felt it was necessary. I kept up the exercise and ended up being down 2.1 lbs this week. YAY ME! I've got .9 to go to meet my 5 lb mini goal that I set for myself when I got back from my last trip (January 13). I leave on another business trip on February 9 and that's my goal date. As long as I keep doing what I'm doing, I'm sure that last .9 will be gone and will hopefully take a little more with it. I plan to do my normal Monday WI, along with another WI the morning of the 9th. So fingers crossed!
