So, time for my three good things about today!
1. I managed to NOT EAT A SINGLE ECLAIR at snack time at the library! My sweet tooth has always been an issue, so this is a pretty major accomplishment!
2. I absolutely love the ham, bean, kale, and lentil soup I made yesterday. I'd forgotten what cooked kale tastes like, and it's something I really enjoy. Good thing I made a large pot, because my coworker asked me to share!
3. Even though I'm grumpy and headachey (gained weight instead of lost, didn't have any caffeine today, have a lot on my plate at work), my husband is loving and supportive. He had folded all the laundry by the time I made it home from work, which was lovely, and he's doing his best to be encouraging and not enabling when it comes to my eating habits.
