What's wrong with me

So I've started taking a new protein powder on monday that has about 30g and I've continued to eat foods with protein. I haven't been able to workout since Sunday due to soreness. Since Monday I've been super bloated ( like i look pregnant),gassy, and just seriously off. Am I taking in to much protein?? Should I completely stop the powder and continue to eat what I was or shoot for a low protein diet for a little while??
