Ok so ive been on this for a week. I dont think i gained but i dont think ive lost neither. Which is good. 👍. But this first week has shown me the differences in my carb, protein, and fats intake. This first week also has shown me what foods i need to learn and the changes i need to make 😬 im happy with this. Im also satisfied in knowing that each week i will look at the positive, not the negative. Lastly, i started walking 👻. Casper
