In it for the long run

Well, here I am again. Back on Spark People because I need to lose the 30lbs AGAIN for realistically the 10th time since I turned 18. That's once a year of my adult life. I am doing something different this time. I am making a realistic goal of 1 lb a week. I'm making a lifestyle change. These 30 LDS do not define me! No matter how much they alwayse try and come back. This time I Will not lose the weight by starving myself, and trying to maintain a crazy workout regemint. I am going to try at least. So hopefully this time next year you wont be hearing from me again about how I Am So inspired to do this yet again, hopefully I will be here with a success story of my new lifestyle.

    Welcome to SparkPeople. We are all here for the same reason, no matter what our personal story is. We are here to help each other to get to that healthy point we want to be in our lives. It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it. And remember you didn't gain the weight overnight and you won't lose it overnight. It takes time, determination, motivation and support. You can get it all right here!     It all begins someplace and you just started there. Sp is the way to do it.

    We want to remember it took us a few years to put our weight on and it comes off a little at a time, just like it went on. People get frustrated with it not coming off faster than we put it on. But with consistent focus on doing what we are told on SP we will hit our objective. Like many things it just wont get there overnight.

    Make sure you make one of your most focused goals you water intake. Myself, when I hit plateaus its because I am not doing the water correct. I found using a reminder on my phone to be very helpful in making sure I keep on track with the water
