Saturday will be Successful!

I know that we're having dumplings for dinner so I'm starting out the day with a balanced breakfast of a whole wheat tortilla, egg beaters, turkey sausage, salsa and black coffee. Less than 200 calories so I recognize that I'll need a morning snack. The goal is to get me through to dinner wihout ending up there starving and with enough calories to eat without feeling deprived.
Today I also read Think You're Too Heavy to Exercise? - Part 1 to help me remember that every little bit counts. I think I'll use it to focus my energies this week. Launching something on Wednesday so its going to take focus and determination to stay on target with the lifestyle vs. work requirements.
