new scales

I have been kidding myself. Finally I get new scales and they are so much more accurate. 84.9kg as of today. So I have decided that this is my first week. I will weigh myself every sunday, My old scales show 82.5kg. I have been kidding myself no question! I will do some meals with Optifast and limit to max 1010 calories or less. That worked once before.

A new beginning today.

    I had the same situation 2 or 3 years ago.A new scale can be a good reality check.But 1010 kcal sounds too low.Please check with your doctor. Usually you should not go below 1200. I have actually increased calories and feel much better & lose slowly
