Welcome to Spark People. As a newbie, the best thing I can tell you is the more you put into your program, the more benefits you will reap. Do the basics: track all your food and exercises on the trackers, post and huddle with your team for support, build your spark page or update it from time to time so we can get to know you better, drink your water every day, ask questions -we are all here to help. Welcome again and I hope to see more of you on the site. It is a big site. so take your time and look around. Don't overwhelm yourself by joining too many teams- just enough to get guidance and support from and that you can keep active with- a team on which you are not active is no good to you or good for the team either.
